D P Jani Govt Approved Valuer

My name is D P Jani and I work as a government approved valuer here in Ahmedabad. My office is located at B 4 Shaily Flats. It’s right near the Dharnidhar Temple in the Vasana area. If you know the temple, you can find me pretty easily. I have been doing this for a long time. The flat is where I keep all my records and do the actual valuation work. It’s a quiet place, which is good because the job requires a lot of concentration. I don't have a big staff, it’s mostly just me handling the files. The 380 007 pincode area is a nice part of town. I see people from all over the city who need things appraised for official reasons. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details. I don’t use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are still the best tools. The Shaily Flats building is well-known locally. I’ve lived and worked in Ahmedabad for most of my life. My workspace is full of old books and guides that I use for reference. It’s not a modern glass office, just a comfortable spot in a residential building. I prefer it this way because it feels more personal. Sometimes the doorbell doesn't work right, so if you're coming over, you might have to knock a bit louder. I try to keep the place organized, but with so many years of records, it’s a constant battle with the shelves. I enjoy the work and the people I meet.
