Our office is called Pramukh Pushpa, and we are in unit 11 in Vitthalnagar. We are located right near the Rajasthan Hospital on Camp Road in the Shahibaug area. It’s a decent part of town to work in. We handle electronic security systems like cameras and alarms. The office is usually cluttered with boxes because of new cameras coming in or old equipment coming back for someone to look at. It is not very organized to the eye, but we generally know where everything is kept. Cyber Info has been around for a good while. We aren't a giant security firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who understand how the wiring and the software work. We spend a lot of our time out at customer sites doing installations, so the office is often half-empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, we are busy testing the equipment or talking to locals who walk in needing a camera for their front door. We don’t have a marketing budget or any salesmen. Most people find us because we did a job at their neighbor’s house or shop. It is practical work. We tell people what actually works in the real world and what is just a waste of their money. We don't do fancy sales talk. We just give advice based on what we have seen break over the years. We like being here in Shahibaug doing this.
