Customer Service Australia is actually based in Ahmedabad, at 1 Kautilya Appt in the Daxini Society of Maninagar. It might seem a bit confusing with the name, but we handle work that connects us with people far away. Our office is right here in a residential apartment building. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the desks and the computers, but we make it work. Maninagar is a busy part of town, so there is always the sound of scooters and cars outside. We usually work odd hours because of the time difference. When most of Ahmedabad is sleeping, our lights are often on. We drink a lot of chai to stay awake and focused during those late shifts. It’s a simple life of working through the night and heading home when the sun comes up. It is a very normal way of living for us.
