Croptec Agri Science Private Limited operates from the Sopan Complex on New C.G. Road. Our office is B-501, which is in the Chandkheda area of Ahmedabad, pin code 382424. We are a small team that focuses on the science side of agriculture. It sounds a bit technical, but we are really just trying to figure out better ways for farmers to grow their crops. We don't have a big laboratory with white coats; it’s more about data, seeds, and talking to people who are actually out in the dirt. Chandkheda is a nice enough part of town, and our office is pretty simple. We have desks piled with papers and books about soil health and fertilizers. We aren't into those big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We just look at what works and what doesn't. Sometimes we spend all day arguing over a bit of research, and other days we are out visiting fields. We don't have a marketing budget to make ourselves look bigger than we are. We are just a group of people who care about how food is grown. It is a lot of trial and error, which is just the way science goes sometimes. We don't make big promises, we just keep working on the next project and hope it helps someone out there in the farming community. It’s a quiet, busy kind of life for us.
