Our consulting business is located at 19 Shukan Villa, which is near the Saket III Row Houses on Makarba Road in Vejalpur. This part of Ahmedabad has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put here. The office is basically a part of the villa that we’ve set aside for professional work. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which we actually prefer. We have some desks set up and a couple of cupboards full of reference materials and client files. Being in Vejalpur is nice because it’s a bit removed from the absolute center of the city, but still very accessible. We spend our days going through spreadsheets and answering emails. It’s not the most exciting work to look at, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby shops to get some snacks or a quick lunch. The atmosphere at 19 Shukan Villa is usually pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a specific meeting. Mostly it’s just casual clothes and hard work. We handle all kinds of consulting requests that come our way. There isn't a big team here, just a handful of people who know what they’re doing. We like the quiet of the row house area. It lets us concentrate on the details, which is important in this line of work.
