It’s one of those odd things you just get used to in business. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of office workers. We’re more of a hands-on security firm. We spend most of our time dealing with real-world problems rather than sitting in front of a computer screen. Ahmedabad is a big, busy city and keeping things secure takes a lot of effort. We don't have a polished mission statement or any of that marketing talk. We just try to be honest and do a good job for the people who hire us. The office is a simple place where we plan out the schedules and meet with our team. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve learned that being reliable is the most important thing. We don't need fancy brochures to tell people who we are. The name Cms Securitas Ltd is enough for us. We’re just local people working hard in Gujarat. Sometimes the weather is tough or the traffic is a mess, but we always make it to the sites. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life and we’re proud of the work we put in every day.
