If you go near Prahallad Nagar Garden in Ahmedabad, you’ll find us at 19 Raj Villas Bunglows. We are right on the Anandnangar Road in the Satellite area. Clean House Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, and it’s basically just us helping people keep their homes looking decent. I spend a lot of time in the van driving between different bungalows around here. The Ahmedabad sun is quite strong, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning before it gets too hot. Our office is more like a staging area for all our brushes, vacuums, and cleaning solutions. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s families by now. Sometimes we have a disagreement about which way to scrub a certain type of tile, but we figure it out eventually. It is not glamorous work, and we get our clothes dirty every single day. We don’t use any big marketing slogans. Most people just see our van parked in the driveway and ask for a card. We like the neighborhood around Prahallad Nagar because it has a lot of trees and it’s a nice place to work. We just show up, do the scrubbing and the dusting, and make sure the trash is taken out. It’s a simple business but it keeps us on our toes all day.
