You can find us at E1-33 in the Professor Quarters, right near the Zanana Hospital on Jawahar Road. Being in Rajkot, it’s quite a central location. The building is part of a larger complex, so it can be a bit confusing to find the right door the first time. We have labs filled with all sorts of equipment, some of it is quite old but it still works for teaching the basics. The classrooms have those heavy wooden desks that have been around for decades. It feels very much like a traditional school environment. We spend a lot of time on practical work. There’s usually a bit of grease on the tables in the mechanical section. The instructors have their offices nearby, and their doors are usually open if a student needs to ask something. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep the sensitive gear covered. We don't have any high-tech security, just a gatekeeper who knows everyone's face. During the breaks, students gather in the courtyard to talk. The hospital nearby means there are always people around. We focus on the technical side of things, like how circuits work or how to measure parts accurately. It’s not a glamorous place, just a solid spot for learning a trade. We’ve been here at 360001 for a long time and the routine stays pretty much the same every year.
