Career Mosaic Pvt Ltd is based in the Ellisbridge area, specifically at P 4 44 Varun Apartments in Vasant Bagh. We are right near the IDBI Bank and just opposite the water tank, which is the easiest way to explain the location to anyone coming over. Gulbai Tekra is a busy little pocket of Ahmedabad, so there’s always plenty of noise and movement around us. The office is inside the apartments, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have been here for a good while, helping people sort out their job situations. It is a lot of calling back and forth and trying to make sure everyone has the right paperwork ready. The water tank across the road is a huge landmark, so we rarely have people getting lost on their way here. Inside, it’s pretty simple—just some computers, a couple of filing cabinets that are getting too full, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. We just want to get through the daily tasks and make sure the candidates we talk to are getting a fair shake. It’s a steady rhythm of work, from the first cup of tea in the morning to the last email at night. Ellisbridge has its own charm, and we’re quite settled into the routine of this neighborhood now.
