Career Mosaic Placement Consultancy is basically just a small team of us working out of Ohmkareshvar Flats here in Vejalpur. We're in Block A, Flat S 10, which is right by the Vastrapur R W Crossing. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. Most days we are just sitting here going through stacks of papers and answering the phone every five minutes. It isn’t some fancy glass building or anything. It's just a regular apartment turned into an office space where we try to help folks find jobs that actually fit what they can do. Ahmedabad is a big city and people are always looking for work, so we stay fairly busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We've been at this Vejalpur Road location for a bit now. If you are coming from the crossing, it is pretty easy to spot. There’s no huge sign or flashy lights, just us doing our thing. It can be a bit stressful when a lot of candidates show up at once because the space isn't huge. We just pull up extra chairs and make it work. Usually, there is a lot of talking and sorting through folders. It’s honest work and we just take it one day at a time, trying to keep things organized despite the chaos.
