Career Horizon

You can find us over at 1 Shiv Shakti Krupa, which is part of the Madhav Bungalows Part 2 in Motera. It is a bit different from your usual office because it is tucked away in a residential area. We liked the idea of Career Horizon being somewhere a bit quieter than the main city center. Being in Motera means we are close to the stadium, which makes for interesting traffic days, but mostly it is a calm spot to get work done. The bungalow has a nice feel to it, much better than being stuck in a glass box in some high-rise. We use a couple of the rooms for our desks and storage for all the career guides we keep on hand. There is a small garden area outside where we sometimes take our breaks or have a quick chat with a visitor when the weather is nice. We don't have big flashy billboards or anything like that. Most people find us because someone they know told them where we were located. It feels more like a home-grown business because, well, it is. We spend our time checking through applications and chatting with people about what they want to do with their lives. It is a steady pace of work, and we prefer it that way. No one wears a suit here unless they really have to for a meeting.
