If you go to Nikol and find the Vrundavan Party Plot Road, you will see Silver Square. We are up on the fourth floor in unit 410. It is right opposite Dipak School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing sometimes. It is a decent place to work from. We focus on skills and helping people find their way into jobs or better careers. It is mostly just sitting at computers and talking through what people are good at. We started this because we saw a lot of folks looking for work but not knowing where to start. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some tables, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic in Nikol, but we manage to get here on time most mornings. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge company. We are just a small team in a rented office trying to do something useful. People drop in after seeing the sign downstairs and we usually just offer them a seat and listen to what they are looking for. It is practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We handle our own filing and cleaning too, so if you see a bit of dust on a shelf, that's just life. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping people get some better skills.
