If you know Hyderabad at all, you know this area stays pretty active with people and cars. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now, right here in Andhra Pradesh. Dealing with homes and financing is what fills up our days. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at numbers, but it’s important work for the people who come in. We see all kinds of families walking through our doors. Some are nervous about their future, some are excited, and we just try to treat them normally. The office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks and chairs and a lot of files stacked up everywhere. Hyderabad has changed a lot since we started, but our spot on Road No 38 stays mostly the same. We get a lot of traffic nearby, so sometimes it’s a bit noisy outside with the horns and the people, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. It’s a steady job. We don’t go around making big claims about being the best or anything like that. We just do the math and help people figure out their housing stuff. It’s practical work that needs doing. My desk is usually a mess of folders, but I know where everything is. We just keep moving along, helping whoever walks in to talk about their home.
