Call Candidates

Call Candidates is located at Jpno 2 Gitanjali in Surendranagar, Gujarat. It is a local operation where we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. The office is pretty simple, with some desks, chairs, and phones that never seem to stop ringing. Surendranagar is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we get a lot of people just dropping by to ask if there are any new openings. We try to keep track of who is looking for what, but it can be a lot of information to manage. The atmosphere is usually quite casual, with us drinking tea and going through lists of names throughout the afternoon. We do not have any big corporate policies that make things difficult, we just try to connect people with jobs that might fit them. It can be a bit stressful when we have a lot of positions to fill at once, but we just take it one person at a time. The building at Gitanjali is easy to find if you are from around here. We have some files piled up and a few posters on the wall, nothing too fancy. It is just a regular office where we do our best to help folks find a way to earn a living. It is busy and a bit messy sometimes, but that is just how a real office looks.
