Cadence Design Systems

We are based out of A 503 in Kesar Garden, which is in Sector 48 of Noida. It’s a residential complex, so Cadence Design Systems feels more like a home office than a traditional business. We like the trees and the quiet atmosphere here compared to the busier parts of UP. The office is really just one of the rooms in the apartment. We’ve set up a couple of workstations near the window so we can see the garden while we work. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means. We don't have a sign on the door or a fancy lobby with magazines. We just have our equipment and our coffee mugs. Sometimes the security guard at the gate gets confused when people ask for the company, so we usually just give them our names. It’s a very low-key way of doing things. We don't have big goals of expanding into a huge skyscraper. We’re happy right where we are. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, and we don't have to deal with a long commute. We just get up, walk across the hall, and start working. It might seem small to some people, but it’s exactly what we need. We don't need much to be productive. Just a quiet space, a bit of time to focus, and a steady supply of good coffee.
