We just listen to what’s happening and offer some practical advice based on what we’ve seen before. The Canal Road can get really noisy with all the traffic, but inside it’s usually quiet enough to think. We keep things pretty simple. There aren't any glossy presentations or corporate talk here. We just use plain English and try to be as clear as possible. Our desks are usually covered in notes and diagrams. It might look a bit messy to some, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in the Ghodasar area long enough to know the local people and how they like to do business. It’s about being reliable. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up every morning and do our best for whoever walks in. It’s a good way to work, and we plan to keep doing it just like this. That's really all there is to it.
