BALAS INDUSTRIES

BALAS INDUSTRIES is based in Office No. 703 at Pinnacle Business Park. We are right on Corporate Road, which gets quite a lot of traffic during the morning rush. Being near Prahlad Nagar Garden is a nice perk because it gives us a bit of green to look at from the seventh floor. The office itself is pretty standard for a business park. We have a small area for coffee and a big table where we handle all our industrial planning and paperwork. It’s not a very large team, so we all know each other’s business and help out where it’s needed. The elevators in this building are notoriously slow, so we often end up having mini-meetings while waiting in the lobby. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our desks are covered in catalogs and technical specs for the stuff we deal with. It gets busy in the middle of the week, but we try to keep a calm pace. We have been in this spot for a few years and have gotten to know the other shop owners and office workers in the park. It’s a practical place to work and it puts us right where we need to be to get things done. We usually head out around six and the garden nearby is a good place to decompress.
