Up on the 4th floor is where you’ll find the team at I Advice Seo. It’s a lot of stairs if the elevator is acting up, which it does more often than we’d like. Our workspace is pretty much what you’d expect from a bunch of people who spend all day on the internet. There are monitors everywhere, and the glow from the screens is the main light most of the time. We spend hours looking at numbers and websites, trying to figure out why things aren't ranking the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error, and sometimes it can be pretty frustrating when an algorithm changes for no reason. We don't have a fancy lounge or a pool table like those big tech firms you hear about. We just have our chairs, our keyboards, and plenty of caffeine. It gets pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused, but then someone will find something weird on a site and we’ll all huddle around to look. We aren't sales people; we’re just folks who know our way around a search engine. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when you need to rest your eyes for a minute. It’s a simple setup, but it’s where we do our best thinking and get the work done. We try to be helpful without being pushy, just giving the kind of advice we’d want to receive ourselves.
