D 11 Galaxy House in Acharya Niketan is where we’ve set up our small office. If you know Mayur Vihar Phase I, you know it can get pretty busy with all the shops and people moving around. Our spot for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is tucked away in this building. It’s a lived-in space, not one of those glass buildings you see in Noida. The walls have a few scuffs, and the desks are crowded with folders and staplers. We’ve been operating from here for some time, helping people who live in the neighborhood with their life insurance needs. It’s mostly just us sitting at our computers, making phone calls, and waiting for the courier to arrive with documents. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we’re used to it. The chai here is actually decent if you get it from the corner shop. We handle a lot of different things, from claims to new applications, and it keeps us occupied from morning till evening. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have fancy lobbies or free coffee machines, just a place to sit and talk about insurance. Being in Mayur Vihar makes it easy for locals to drop in after they finish their grocery shopping. We try to keep things simple and honest. Life in Delhi moves fast, but inside our office at Galaxy House, we just take it one file at a time. It’s a regular job for us, and we like the familiarity of the area.
