Down in Navsari, specifically in Nasilpore, you will find our place at Block No-277/1. It is Plot No-3. We have got a decent amount of space here, which is necessary for the food business. The area is fairly quiet compared to the bigger cities, which is nice for a change. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure everything is moving like it should be. The building isn't brand new, so there is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a squeaky door. We do a lot of the maintenance ourselves because waiting for a repairman takes way too long. Navsari has some beautiful weather, but the humidity can be a real pain for the machinery we use. We have a small crew of locals who have been with us since we first opened. We don't have many formal meetings; we usually just talk while we work. There is a big tree near the entrance where we park our scooters. It provides some good shade during the hot afternoon hours. The work is repetitive, but it is honest. We handle a lot of raw materials, so there is always a bit of a mess that needs cleaning up at the end of the shift. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just process the agro foods and make sure the bags are stacked correctly in the warehouse. It is a simple life, and the people around here are good neighbors.
