B Tech Hons

B Tech Hons is tucked away in Dorm 22, Room 17 at Iim Ahmedabad. If you know the Vastrapur area, you know how the campus is. This isn't a corporate office with a sign on the door or anything. It is basically a student room that we’ve turned into a workspace. There are laptops everywhere and way too many charging cables tangling up on the floor. Being in a dorm means there is always noise from the corridor, people shouting or running to catch a class. The room itself is small, with the usual beds and desks, but we’ve squeezed in enough extra chairs for everyone to sit when we are working on something. The view out the window is just the rest of the campus and some trees. We spend a lot of late nights here, mostly because that’s when it’s finally quiet enough to think. There are usually empty coffee cups and some snack wrappers lying around because we forget to clean up when we get busy. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but it’s where everything happens for us. People from other rooms pop in sometimes to see what we are doing, which can be a bit distracting. It is a very simple setup in Ahmedabad Gujarat 380015, just a bunch of us trying to get through the work while staying on top of our studies.
