Paldi is a nice area, and being in Nirav Apartment means we’re right in the middle of a lot of local activity. We handle life insurance for Aviva, mostly focusing on the day-to-day administration and helping people who walk in with questions about their coverage. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office and even more time talking to folks from around the neighborhood. The office is pretty simple—just desks, some filing cabinets, and a place for people to sit while we go over their documents. We don’t really go for anything flashy or professional-looking. We just want to make sure the work is done right. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but we’re always here once you reach the door.
