Our place, Avdhoot Agro Processors & Engineers Pvt Ltd, is over at Plot No. 28-29 in the Industrial Area by the State Highway in Dhamatvan. It’s a busy part of town because of all the other factories and workshops nearby. We do a mix of things here, dealing with both agricultural processing and some engineering work. It means there’s always a bit of grease and metal dust around the shop floor. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices all day. Most of us are out there on the floor working with the machines. The state highway is right there, so it’s easy for us to move big equipment in and out. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some of our machines are older, but they work just fine if you know how to treat them. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we handle the invoices and the phone calls. It’s usually pretty loud because of the welding and the grinders going, but we don’t mind it. We just focus on getting the repairs and the processing done for our clients. It’s not always pretty, and the floor could probably use a good scrub, but we are more worried about the quality of the work than how the building looks. We’re just a local engineering team making a living in this busy industrial area.
