If you head over to Sector 3D in Gandhinagar, you’ll find us at 1493/1 in the Jay Ranchhod Society. This part of the city is actually quite peaceful, with a lot of trees lining the streets. We’ve been operating Avaya Globalconnect Ltd from here for some time now. It’s more of a residential vibe than a corporate park, which we actually prefer. You can hear the birds in the morning before the traffic starts picking up a bit. Our office space is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and cables. There is always a stack of files that never seems to get smaller, no matter how much we work. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep going. The neighbors are nice and usually wave when we arrive in the morning. Sometimes we have to move the cars around because the lane is a bit narrow. Gandhinagar gets really quiet at night, which is nice when we have to stay late to finish up a project. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the weather is really messy. We just focus on getting the daily jobs done and keeping things moving. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a local business doing its part.
