We are tucked away in Signor Residency, right there on the 100 Feet Ring Road. If you know the Shyamal Cross Road, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and noise. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and shelves filled with pharma boxes and biotech supplies. Most days start with us trying to find a parking spot for our scooters before the sun gets too high. Inside, it's mostly the sound of the printer going or someone on the phone checking a stock list. We spend a lot of time sorting through papers and making sure things are where they should be. The Satellite Road area has changed a lot since we first set up, with new shops popping up all the time. Sometimes we walk down to get some tea when the afternoon slump hits. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get our work done and handle the orders that come in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because there’s always something else to do. We keep our records in old metal cabinets that have been with us for years. It feels like a second home to most of us because of how many hours we spend here among the files and the boxes of medical stuff.
