Atlas India

Atlas India is located over at Unity Apartment, which is right across from the Shaikh Company on Juhapura Sarkhej Road. We have been working out of this spot in Ahmedabad for quite a while. It is more like a small office in a residential building than a big corporate headquarters. You have to walk up the stairs and look for A 2. Most days it is just a few of us sitting around desks with some papers and computers. The traffic on Sarkhej Road can get really bad, so we hear the honking all day long. We started this because we wanted to have something of our own in the neighborhood. It is not a flashy business. We handle a lot of paperwork and local trade stuff that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat or ask about things. The office gets a bit hot in the summer months because the sun hits the front windows directly, but we have a small fan that helps a little. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find out about Atlas India through word of mouth or if they live nearby in Juhapura. We just try to keep things organized and get through the daily tasks without too much trouble. It is a quiet way to earn a living in a very busy city.
