Apex Controls

We are situated at Plot No 16 in the NIDC area, right near the Lambha turning in Narol. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always traffic noise and people moving about. We’ve been here at this plot for a few years now. The work involves a lot of control panels and wiring. You’ll see plenty of wires and small parts scattered on the workbenches if you walk in. We don’t have a reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and find someone. It’s a practical setup. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we know our way around a circuit board. The lighting in the shop is bright because we need to see what we are doing with those small components. We have our routine. Morning starts with a quick talk about what’s on the schedule, then we get to it. Narol is a tough place with all the dust, but we keep our workspace as clean as we can. It’s just us doing our thing. We don't worry about being corporate. If a part doesn't fit, we figure it out. It’s a lot of problem-solving and manual labor combined. We have some regular customers who just drop by whenever they need something fixed or built. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown used to over the years. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a tricky panel, but that’s just how it goes. We don't mind the extra hours.
