Apcons Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is based out of Sanskar Tirth Society, right near Arbudanagar in Odhav. Our office at number 84 is where the planning happens before we head out to the sites around Ahmedabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and the noise from the traffic usually drifts inside through the windows. We have maps pinned to the walls and a lot of site boots sitting by the door. It isn't the cleanest office in Gujarat because someone is always coming in with mud on their shoes from a project. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. Most of the furniture is just old desks and chairs that have seen better days. When the weather gets really hot, the ceiling fans barely do enough, but we’re used to it by now. There is always someone on the phone talking about cement deliveries or labor schedules. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting for local infrastructure, and it’s mostly just practical work without any fluff. We stay here until the work is done, which sometimes means late nights when the deadlines are tight. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s what we do. The paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually.
