Our shop is located at Plot No. 3606 in Phase-4 of the GIDC in Vatva. Specifically, we are at number 7 in the Krishna Estate. If you’ve ever spent time in Vatva, you know it’s a heavy industrial area. It’s dusty and loud most of the time, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve been set up in this spot for several years now. Inside the building, we focus on control systems. It’s mostly hands-on work. We have benches where we assemble parts and check the wiring on different panels. It can get quite warm in the summer, and the fans don’t always do enough, but we just get on with it. The team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been doing this for a long time. We don't really bother with a fancy front office or a glossy brochure. Usually, our desks are covered in diagrams and stray wires. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Some days are slow and we just tidy up, while other days are frantic trying to get an order out the door. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. The neighbors are all similar workshops, so there is a bit of a community feel even with all the noise. We don't have a big marketing strategy or anything like that. We just make sure the controls we build actually work right for the people who buy them. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the industrial zone.
