Ambica Decorators

Ambica Decorators is located at Shop No B/72 in Ravi Nagar Part 2, which is in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. We are quite close to the Cambay Hotel. The shop is usually overflowing with rolls of fabric, light fixtures, and all sorts of decorative items. It is a busy part of Satellite, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We spend most of our mornings sorting through inventory and making sure everything is ready for the site visits. It’s not a very big shop, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we get a new shipment of flowers or drapes. Being near Cambay Hotel is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We have been in this spot for a long time and the locals in Ravi Nagar know us well. Decorating isn't always easy work. It involves a lot of lifting and standing on ladders for hours. We are usually out at different venues across Ahmedabad, so the shop is sometimes closed while we are working on-site. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just rely on the work we do. People see our setups at weddings or parties and ask for our address. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the decorations right for whoever walks through the door.
