Mordern Concepts

Mordern Concepts is at 4 Shreyas Complex. We are near Dinesh Hall, right behind Sales India near the Income Tax Circle. It’s a very central part of the city, which means parking is always a struggle. Our office is filled with samples, sketches, and half-finished projects. It’s a bit of a mess, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We do design and planning, but we don't act like those fancy agencies you see on TV. We’re just regular people trying to figure out the best way to make things look good and work right. Sometimes we spend the whole day arguing over a single detail, and other days everything just clicks into place. The building itself is a bit dated, and the stairs are steep. We have a lot of people dropping in because of our location, so it’s rarely quiet. We don't have a polished pitch or a fancy reception desk. You usually have to move a stack of magazines just to find a place to sit down. We work long hours, especially when a deadline is coming up. We drink way too much coffee and the bins are usually overflowing with scrapped ideas and lunch wrappers. It’s just how we work. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to do a decent job on the projects we have. It’s honest work in a busy complex, and we've been at it for a long time now. We just keep drawing and making things.
