We are over here at Shantaram Complex in Ghatlodia. It’s right near the Nirnay Nagar Garnala. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty packed with traffic during the morning hours. Our office is at H 14. We started this place because there was a need for some decent BPO support in this part of Ahmedabad. It isn't a massive glass building or anything fancy like that. Just a regular office space where people come to work every day. Most of us live nearby so we just walk or take a scooter. We handle a lot of data entry and customer support stuff for various clients. The desks are kind of close together and it gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We have a small tea stall just outside where we take breaks. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big corporate HR department or anything. Usually, if there is a problem, we just talk it out in the break room. The computers are okay, nothing special, but they do the job. We spend most of our day looking at screens and typing away. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we have a backup. It’s just a group of local people trying to get the work done and go home to their families. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the neighbors know us.
