Akta Provision Stores

We've been here at Ghatlodia Am 61 for a good while now. It’s just a small shop in Ahmedabad, mostly stocked with things people need for their kitchens every day. We carry pulses, rice, some soaps, and the basic stuff you’d expect from a provision store. My family helps out behind the counter most days. We keep the shelves filled as best we can, though sometimes things run out before the next delivery arrives. It’s a busy spot near the road, and we know most of the neighbors by their first names or at least their faces. Dealing with suppliers can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage to get what the locals ask for. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past us or stopped in for a packet of milk or some sugar. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have some old wooden racks and a small fan that tries its best in the heat. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the wind outside, but we sweep it when we get a quiet minute. It's just a regular place where you can get your groceries without much fuss. We try to keep prices fair because we know everyone is trying to save a bit these days. It’s not a big supermarket, just our little corner in Ahmedabad where we spend most of our daylight hours keeping things going.
