We’re located up on the fifth floor of Sakar Iv in Ellisbridge. It’s a busy building and getting a parking spot in the morning can be a real headache sometimes. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and phones ringing. We deal with automation parts, so there’s always a lot of technical talk going on about valves and actuators. It isn’t the most glamorous work, but it’s what we know. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually have the blinds halfway down. Most of us have been here long enough that we know the regular customers just by their voices. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just process the orders, talk to the engineers, and make sure the paperwork is filed away where it belongs. Ellisbridge is a good area, though it gets quite crowded during the rush hour. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall downstairs, and that’s when we take a break from the spreadsheets. There’s a lot of back and forth with the factory guys too. We spend a fair amount of time on the phone clearing up specs or checking on shipping dates. It’s a steady rhythm. We keep things simple and try not to let the stress of deadlines get to us too much. It’s just a regular office full of people trying to keep things moving. There is always a stack of files to go through, but we manage.
