We are located inside Sonal Nursing Home at Shitalbagh. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. Our focus is mainly on arthroscopy work. The days here are usually filled with consultations and looking at scans. It is a medical environment, so things stay pretty orderly and calm for the most part. We have a small team of people who have been working together for a long time. We do not use any big marketing words to describe what we do. We just help people with their joint issues and try to explain things in plain language. The nursing home setting means there are always other things going on around us, but we stay focused on our specific area. The rooms are basic but they serve the purpose well. We spend a lot of time talking to patients and their families about what to expect. It is not a flashy place, just a standard medical setup where the work comes first. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day like everyone else. It is important to us that we stay practical and just focus on the task at hand without any extra fuss. Most of our day is spent balancing clinical notes and seeing the people who walk through our door.
