Jaysons Agritech Private Limited is based out in Karjat, which is a bit different from the big city life you find in Mumbai or Pune. Being in Maharashtra 414402 means we are surrounded by a lot more space and a bit more fresh air, though it gets incredibly dusty in the summer months. We started this because we wanted to be closer to the ground and the people who actually work the land. The office is not anything special to look at, just a sturdy building that keeps the sun off our heads while we work. We spend a lot of our time talking to locals and trying to figure out the best way to handle the challenges that come with the seasons. It is not always easy, and there are days when things don't go according to plan, like when the machinery breaks down or the supplies are late. But that is just part of the job here. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. Most of our conversations happen over a cup of tea and involve practical things that need fixing. Jaysons Agritech is just a small group of people trying to do something useful in Karjat. We appreciate the slow pace sometimes, but we still work hard to make sure everything gets finished. It is a simple life, and we are quite alright with that.
