We are based in Usmanpura at the Ashirvad Complex. Our units are T-4, 5, and 6. It’s a well-known spot near the Mehtachavana and the Usmanpura Char Rasta. Since we’re at such a busy intersection, there is always plenty of noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Teelock IT Solutions is basically a group of IT guys and girls who like solving technical puzzles. Our workspace is spread across those three units, so we have a bit more room than some of the other places nearby. We have one room for servers and hardware and the others for our desks. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or expensive art. It’s just walls, desks, and a lot of computers. We’ve been in Usmanpura for a good while now. The area has everything we need, from food stalls to stationery shops just a short walk away. We aren't a giant corporation, so we don't have a human resources department or big fancy employee manuals. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we head out early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way of working that really suits our team. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. Most people find us because they know someone we've helped before. That's just how we operate here.
