Synconic Organic Lifestyle Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Ronak Ajit Bhai’s place. It is a real rural setting, far from the noise of the city. We work directly with the land and the people who farm it. It’s not a desk job in the traditional sense. Most days involve a lot of walking and talking to folks in the village. We started this because we saw a need for farmers to stick together and handle things themselves. It’s dusty and the sun is strong, but there is something good about working where the food actually grows. We don’t use big words or fancy presentations here. We just talk about the soil, the seeds, and the weather. The paperwork happens on a wooden table with a fan whirring overhead. Sometimes the cows outside make more noise than we do. Sabarkantha has its own pace, and we follow it. It’s about getting the organic produce from the fields to the people who need it without making it too complicated. We aren't some distant company; we are right here in the mud and the dirt with everyone else. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We mostly use our old motorbikes to get from one farm to the next. The dust gets everywhere, but we don't mind much.
