You can find us at Harekrishna Apartment, B-6 371/4,5,6. We are right near the Krishnanagar Char Rasta in the Saijpur Bogha area of Ahmedabad. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our windows. We do ecogreen work, which basically means we are looking for ways to handle products that don't hurt the environment. The office is in a residential apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a few rooms filled with samples and papers. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who want to change how they do things. It is noisy near the Char Rasta with all the rickshaws and buses, but that is just Ahmedabad life. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from cleaning up to filing the taxes. We started this because we wanted to stay in the city but do something that felt a bit more useful. There are times when the paperwork feels like it will never end, but then we get a new project started and it feels okay again. We aren't a big corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the nearest desk. It is a practical way to run a small company in a big city without spending too much on overhead.
