Sofolabs Infotech Private Limited is located at 13, Darji Faliyu in Khadodi. It’s a small place in Khanpur, and things move a bit slower here than in the big cities. We like it that way because it means we can actually focus on what we’re doing. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we’ve set up our gear. Most of the folks who work here grew up in the area or live just a few minutes away. We don't have a fancy dress code or strict rules about when you take your break. If the work is getting done, everyone is happy. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local feel, where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We handle our infotech tasks with the tools we have, and we don't try to sound like some big international firm. We’re just people from Khadodi working on computers. Usually, someone brings in snacks from home to share, and we eat while we work. It’s a practical way to run things. There aren't many distractions out here, which is good for the kind of work we do. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes our way. It's a simple life and a simple business, and we're okay with that.
