Our workplace is at 109 Ranchhodnagar-2, right on Jagatpur Road in the Chandlodia area of Ahmedabad. It’s a busy neighborhood and there is always some kind of construction or traffic nearby. We have a modest setup here. It’s basically one large room where we’ve crammed in as many desks as we could fit comfortably. The walls are a plain color and we have a few calendars pinned up. We do a lot of tech work, mostly focused on the digital side of things. It’s not the sort of place you’d find in a movie; it’s just a real office with real people. We have a small water cooler in the corner that makes a loud glugging sound every now and then. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, so we have a backup system that hums in the background. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other when there is a problem. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty, especially in the summer months. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits well. We aren’t trying to change the world, we are just trying to provide decent tech services to our clients. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
