Najoom Interactives Private Limited

Over at Najoom Interactives Private Limited, we’ve got our setup in Sarkhej. You can find us at A-403 in the Al Arsh-2 building. We’re right across from the Vishala Hotel and near Al Mukam C, on Survey No. 518. It’s a fairly easy place to spot once you’re in the neighborhood. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us here in the office trying to make sense of the interactive side of things. The office has a good view, and it’s usually quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. We spend a lot of time on our computers, as you might expect. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, or we spend too long debating where to get lunch from. It’s a very human way of working. We don't have a bunch of rules about what people wear, as long as the work gets finished. Sarkhej is an interesting part of town to be based in. There is a lot of history nearby, but we are mostly focused on the digital future. We take things one day at a time here. If a problem comes up, we sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted out. We don't use a lot of jargon or big words when we’re talking to each other. We just keep it plain and simple. That’s how we like to run things and it hasn't failed us yet.
