Our office is situated in Isanpur, Ahmedabad, at 33 Hemandra Park Society. We’re right opposite the Green Lawns School, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Isanpur is a pretty crowded and lively area, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. Bazarpe Infotech is a small company, and we operate out of this society house rather than a big office tower. It gives the whole place a more personal feel. We aren't corporate types; we’re just regular people who happen to work in technology. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of cords, and it can get a bit messy during a busy week. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so we usually just tidy up after ourselves. We like the independence of running things this way. It means we don't have to deal with a lot of the red tape you find in bigger companies. We usually have the radio playing in the background or someone talking about what they had for dinner. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, though we do take the work itself seriously. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the tasks done. It’s a simple, local business that feels like it belongs in the neighborhood, and we’re happy with that. We just do what we can to keep everything moving.
