We've been here on Shahganj Bodla Road for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right across from Bodla Hospital in Dixit Market. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic on the main road. The shop is usually filled with parts and some new gadgets we've just brought in. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep working. We handle a lot of different electronics, fixing what people bring in or selling them something new if their old one is totally gone. It's just a small team of us. We try to keep things organized but it doesn't always stay that way when there are three or four repairs going on at once. Most of the folks who come in are from the neighborhood. We know a lot of them by name by now. Dealing with wires and circuits takes time and a bit of patience. We're usually open from the morning until pretty late. Sometimes we have tea together when there's a quiet moment. It’s a decent place to work. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just what needs to be done every day. If you’re walking past the hospital, you’ll see our sign in the market. We don't have a big fancy office, just the shop floor and some shelves. It works for us. Our benches are scarred from years of soldering work, but they serve their purpose well.
