Nigam Communication

We are located at Number 55/11 in Ratan Tower, which is right in the heart of Sanjay Place. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets during the week with all the shoppers and office workers. Our shop, Nigam Communication, isn't very large, but we’ve squeezed in everything we need. We’ve got shelves full of different components and a small counter where we handle all the customer stuff. Most of our day is spent fixing phones or dealing with connection issues for people in the building. The tower itself is always buzzing with people from the other offices, so there’s a constant flow of footsteps in the hallway outside our door. We usually have a radio playing quietly in the background while we work on things. It’s a bit of a maze getting up here sometimes, but we’ve been in this spot long enough that we can do it with our eyes shut. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a practical workspace with tools scattered around and a few chairs for people waiting. Sometimes the power goes out in the building and we just have to sit and wait it out with the neighbors. Sanjay Place is a tough place to work sometimes because of the noise and the parking, but it’s where all the business happens. We’re just a small part of that daily rush here at Ratan Tower.
