Waw Events

We operate out of a shop in the cloth market area of Sanjay Place. Specifically, we're at Block C-12, Shop No.15 in the Sf Cloth Market. It’s right near the ICICI Bank, so it’s easy to find if you know Agra. Waw Events is the name we use. Being in the cloth market is actually pretty handy because we use a lot of fabric for our events. Most of our time is spent lugging stuff in and out of the shop. It’s a busy part of the city, so parking is always a headache and the streets are crowded with people and carts. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It's more of a place where we store our gear and meet up before heading to a venue. We do a bit of everything for local gatherings. One day we might be setting up chairs, and the next we’re trying to fix a sound system that’s acting up. It’s not glamorous work at all. Our hands are usually dirty from moving equipment or tying down banners. We’ve been in this spot in Sanjay Place for a while now. We know the other shop owners around here and sometimes we borrow tools from each other. When a job comes in, we just grab what we need and go. Agra has a lot of events happening all the time, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. It’s just a regular local business, and there isn’t anything too complicated about how we run things. We just do the work and go home.
