Tej Shoe Tech

Tej Shoe Tech is located inside the Indira Mills Compound in Jeoni Mandi. If you know this compound, you know it has that old industrial feel to it. It is not a modern glass building by any means. There is a lot of history in the walls of this place. We deal with shoe technology, but it is more about the hands-on work than anything high-tech or fancy. The floors are made of concrete and the air usually smells a bit like leather and glue. It is a noisy place sometimes with the sounds from the other units in the compound drifting in through the windows. We do not have a fancy showroom for people to look at. If you come by to see us, you will just find us at our workbenches or moving crates of shoe components around the floor. Jeoni Mandi is a very busy area, and the compound is like its own little world once you step inside the gates. We have been here for a good while, and we have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep doing our thing every day. It is a lot of repetitive work, checking soles and uppers, but it is what we know how to do. The lighting isn't always the best, but we have lamps at the stations where we need them. It is a real, grit-and-grind type of workplace for a group of people working in an old factory space.
