Taj Day Package Pvt. Day Tours

We operate out of Shaheed Nagar, specifically at L 20/101. The company is Taj Day Package Pvt. Day Tours. We aren't a big travel agency with a glass storefront in a shopping mall. It is more of a home-grown setup here in the colony. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out with the cars making sure everything is ready. The neighborhood is mostly houses and families, so it is fairly quiet compared to the busy tourist spots in the city. We started this because we know the area well and people kept asking for help. There are maps and notebooks scattered on the desk most of the time. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who handle the bookings and the driving. It gets a bit hectic during the peak season when everyone wants to go on a tour. We don't use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know and what we can do. The office is small, just enough for a computer and a couple of chairs for guests. We drink a lot of tea while we plan out the routes for the day. It’s a simple business. We don't have glossy brochures or a big marketing budget to spend. We just try to make sure the car is clean and the driver knows where to go. It works for us and keeps us busy throughout the year.
