S & T Shoes

S & T Shoes is located on Mathura Road, specifically at 42/140/E-1 in Billochpura, near Halwai Ki Baghichi. It’s a busy spot. Mathura Road is always humming with cars and buses heading towards the city or out of it. We work out of this space where the smell of rubber and leather glue is pretty much permanent. Making shoes is a messy business, and our floors show it. There are piles of soles, uppers, and laces scattered around the work areas. We have a few long tables where the assembly happens. It’s not a high-tech factory; it’s more about hands-on work. Billochpura is a place where people know their trade, and we fit right into that. The area around Halwai Ki Baghichi has its own character, with small eateries and other workshops tucked away in the lanes. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to wipe everything down, but that’s just part of being in this location. We don't have a big showroom. Most of what we do is focused on the actual making of the footwear. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so there’s a bit of a community feel when we step out for a break. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery drivers don't even need to look at the map anymore. It’s just a place where shoes are made by people who’ve been doing it for years. We just keep our heads down and finish the pairs.
