Nickwal

Nickwal is based in Rajpur. It’s a quiet place and we like it that way. We don't have a giant office or a big team of people. It’s just a local operation where we handle whatever work comes our way. Most people in Rajpur know where we are located because it’s a small community. We don’t spend time writing fancy mission statements or trying to sound like a big company from the city. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes that means we are here late into the evening. The building we work out of is pretty old and has some character. We’ve got our tools and our desks all in one main area. It gets a bit dusty in the summer when the wind picks up, but we just keep the doors open for a breeze. We don’t do much in terms of promotion. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve known us for years. Their kids go to school with our kids. It’s that kind of place. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try not to let things get too complicated. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. It’s just us working in Rajpur every day.
